Milena Velba Is Preggo

pie with zucchini




Yes, there are still, despite the reticence of some days (due to work) I'm back!
Today we continue with the zucchini.
This time I used them to make a pie.
In my house we do it often, usually with all the "leftovers" that there are no precise recipes friogorifero ... or details.

Ingredients:

1 roll of puff pastry

4 5 zucchini slices of ham
a piece of cheese (I used a mix of Bitto, dairy and Galbanino)
cream
little extra virgin olive oil 1 egg


onion salt pepper




In a pot with some olive oil fry the onion.
Add zucchini washed and cut into rounds.
Season with salt and pepper and continue to cook, it will take about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the case is cooked add half a ladle of hot water.
Line a round baking pan (lined with parchment paper) with the pastry.
Stuff with slices of ham, zucchini, cheese cut into cubes and cover the all with an egg beaten with cream. Inform
at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
